Payment Methods

Should you choose to make a direct payment, please use the invoice number as your reference number and note that payment is to be made within 24 hours, as stock will only be held for this period. Stock is subject to availability (please see Products & Availability). The order will only be processed when proof of payment has been received. Returns & Refunds

3rd Eye Studio offers a 14-day return policy. Upon delivery of the order, please inspect the item to ensure that the items within are not damaged and that you have the correct items.

Should you receive the incorrect order or a specific item (different size than what was ordered or missing items), please contact 3rd Eye Studio. Please note that there will be no returns or refunds on items marked for SALE.

Please note that should an order or item be returned due to any damages, it will first need to be assessed, and then it will be determined if the return is valid. All orders that are returned or to be refunded will undergo a product assessment to determine the validity of the return or refund.

• Items need to have all original tags and sewn labels attached
• Items must be in an unworn, unused state

 

Delivery Timelines

3rd Eye Studio offers nationwide delivery all across South Africa. Once payment is received and your order is packed, it is then handed over to our courier service, The Courier Guy and from there, the standard delivery should take 2-5 business days. Please note that the delivery fee is set by The Courier Guy and pricing may change according to their prices. Orders over R850.00 will be at no charge.

Please note that possible delays may occur due to stock availability. Should this happen, you will be contacted by 3rd Eye Studio, and further information will be provided then.

3rd Eye Studio will make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications and details of the products available. However, we do not guarantee that the previously mentioned details are free from errors. All products are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed to be in stock. Restocking of items may take up to 10-15 working days. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Pricing for all products is subject to change.
